All Ground orders are shipped using UPS Ground or USPS.
Total Average Transit Time for Ground Orders: 2-10 business days. Transit time can vary depending on Postal Service, weather conditions, and other variables.

Orders placed Fridays after noon or during the weekend will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed after 1pm PST may not be shipped until the next business day. UPS does not ship or deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or National Holidays.
We reserve the right to change the shipping company and option you requested. This may be done for several reasons:
- Your chosen shipper is more expensive
- Another shipping company would deliver the product sooner
- Choosing another option would get your package delivered sooner
- Your product is shipping directly from the Vendor and they only use a certain shipping company
These changes are due to contracts that we and our vendors share with the shipping companies.
We assume No Responsibility for orders shipped to foreign countries. When you place your order with us, you are assuming all Risks for Lost, Stolen, Delayed or Impounded Orders. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country. When you place your order, you are Agreeing to our terms. Next you will need to contact our office for "Estimated Shipping Rates". The rate(s) we will provide you, may differ once the actual order has been created. You will be responsible for added shipping fee(s) if incurred. You are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply. We do not collect any duty or taxes from you. We do not know how much they will cost you. Check with your country. We report the exact amount of sale on the custom form. The description of the package contents on the custom form usually reads for personal use.

IMPORTANT: Since not all products are shipped directly from Myjewelrystore.us, please do not send items back to Myjewelrystore.us. In order for us to process your returns/exchanges as quickly as possible, please call or email us and explain your situation, and you will be given instructions on how and where to send your returned/exchanged items.
Products may be shipped separately. If you receive a partial order and have some concerns about the remaining order please contact us and we will respond a.s.a.p.
Returns will not be accepted on products that have been worn or washed. We can not accept items that have had tags removed or that have been hemmed.
The customer must pay shipping fees for all returns and exchanges unless we sent the wrong item or a defective product. Defects are determined by the Vendor.
1. First, contact Myjewelrystore.us to obtain a return or exchange authorization # and to ensure your products are sent back to the correct location. It's fastest to email us at customerservice@cionlinestores.com. with your request. Once received, your exchange/return instructions will be emailed to you.
2. Once return authorization is given, you will receive your credit within 3-10 days from when our account is credited.Returns exclude S&H costs, instructions as follow:
- We receive your returned products within 30 days of the date your order was placed
- Your returned products are completely unworn with all original tags in place.
Restock Fees:
- There is a 10% Restock fee for most products.
- There is a 20% Restock fee for Sanmar, Cornerstone ,Creekwood, District Threads, Gildan, Hanes, New Era, Ogio, OuterBanks, Polo-Tek, Port & Company, Port Authority, Red House, Sport-Tek, Hartwell, Liz Claiborne, Auburn Sports, A-Game, Lee, Red Kap, Bulwark, Lite FX, Chef Designs, Spectrum, Jerzees & Toppers.
We apologize, but some returns may take up to 10 business days from the date we receive it to process, this is due to some products being shipped directly from the Vendor; therefore we must await Vendor approval to submit the return. In some cases, returns received after 30 days of the order date will only receive store credit. You will be e-mailed your store credit receipt.
Please note that no returns or exchanges will be accepted 30 Days after order date.
